Is there a way to more quickly format the PIcURL field for file exchange? eg: script or formula

I have image hosting set up and would like know if anyone has a formula or script etc to get the multiple URLS Pic URL field into the correct format? eg from other columns in an excel spreadsheet/item data export.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
