MULTIPLE items sold and found problem with one item agreed not to send, upgraded postage to express post as requested from buyer and refunded the difference. Let positive feedback. Cannot cancel the item in question, please help?
In your Order page (with all of the items bought from you), have you checked the Actions drop-down menu? There should be a link that says "Cancel order." Just click on that and follow the prompts.
