My auspost business account is no longer importing ebay orders. I have disconnected and reconnected

I have disconnected my ebay account and reconnected but it still isnt working. Auspost online help have no idea and cant tell me how to fix this issue. Is anyone else having this happen and how did you fix it please.

Can't help,

I 'manually, ie C&P' information into AP. I don't consider eBay extraneous garbage to be useful. Of course that takes a few extra seconds per sale to do.

Admittedly I only sell about three times what you do.

Have you tried clearing cookies/cache and rebooting your computer or tried a different browser ?
