Last few days listing new items has been stop go stop, either the postage option page won't open, the item specifics page won't open, the auction option won't remove itself. Drafts don't save changes. It's very frustrating.
Have you tried the usual "fix" of clearing cache and cookies then rebooting your computer and/or trying a different browser? I use Firefox and Chrome with very few problems.
