Can anyone help me with listing sold amounts issue?

Dear eBay buyers,

We have a problem is customer can not see how many we sold at their first impression see the pages, but other sellers have shown how many sold in their page, I asked eBay customer service many times but they seems like do not know how to sort it out is anyone can help me with a problem?

I can see how many you've sold of each & every one......maybe the difference is that SOLD numbers are not always in the same spot

We search our product on ebay but we can't see the sold qty on our listings on the search page. However we do find other seller’s listing have it.

Trying logging out or searching with another account. What a seller sees of their own listings is not necessarily what others see. As you've been advised.
