Why are the basic and featured stores the same monthly cost?

Hi,

I'm just going through the motions of setting up my own store and I don't understand why the Basic store and the Featured store are both the same monthly charge.  If this is correct why would anyone choose the basic?  I.m confused - again!

The basic store is to be deleted.

There used to be a basic store but they then lowered the Featured store cost and raised the basic store cost to $25.95 saying the basic stores will cease then 3 months later they raised the store fee to $49.95 on the 15th of this month.
