We have purchased and recieved a controller unit for our buggy and have had our tech people to check the unit only to find that it is faulty.
This item was from the United States as it is not avaible in Australia and not repairable.
Am I entitled to a refund including a refund for postage from the US to Aus and then from AUS to US?
The postage is around $ 100.00 each way.
