Second chance offer - what is it, when can you offer it and how do you do it?

Can you do a second chance offer if you have a second of the same item that someone else won the bid on?

If so, how do you do it?

Basically it is used in either of the mentioned cases or if you have another of the same item identical to the one sold you can also send a 2nd chance offer to the next bidder if you are happy with the price and save you listing it.

ONLY the one you send the offer to can see it no one else can.

When you sell item and there were more than 1 bidders you can make a second chance offer.  Go to your My eBay>sold items> on the right of the item in the drop down menu is link to  "offer second chance".
