Turbo Lister asking for a password when importing from a file to which no password was assigned.

I am trying to import into Turbo Lister from a TL backup file. TL is asking for the file's password. I didn't assign a password to the file (in fact there was never an opportunity to do so) and the password is not my ebay login's password. Any ideas? Thanks, Irene.
