When I am writing a description of my article I can't make it stand out dot form or upper/lower case

When describing an article I want to sell,the words are continual.
We used to be able to print upper/lower,colour and underline to make a point with attachment as eg:
Check out my other items ,my words all run together now can anyone help ?.
