I hope somebody can help. I have 3 accounts that I use turbo lister with (well I did have). Late last year on 1 of those accounts I started to get an error message saying 'there is a problem with Turbo lister exe windows will shut down the program & try to find a solution'. This would happen at any stage of opening/using Tl but usually when I was half way through a listing.
After emailing TL (no reply) then numerous phonecalls & being stuffed around from place to place I gave up and stopped trying to list with that account. Then it started happening with the 2nd account. I don't know how I did it but after a few weeks of trying different things it stopped doing it on that account & all was good for a few months.
I was using an old version of TL & against my better judgement after reading reports on here of problems others were having I decided to update TL - what a mistake that was. Now I am having the same issue with my 3rd account!!!!
I have tried absolutely everything I can from deleting TL completely off my computer (which when I reinstalled automatically put all the old info from 3 accounts back on which I was trying to avoid) I have updated, deleted all info that reinstalled from the first account that played up,installed the complete version etc etc. Now it has got to the point where I cant even install any updates as it shuts down with the same error message at some point! It is ridiculous that this has been going on for 10 months & its doing my head in. Has anybody been having the same issues & if so please tell me how to fix it????
