how do I show the number of people watching my listings

On some of my listings customers are able to see the number of people watching and on some they cannot. How do I change all listings so that all customers can see how many people are watching each listing?

Only listings with a BIN will show watchers and as said, it doesn't necessarily help.

If there isn't the watchers showing then it has zero watchers.

What helps to sell is a good title with key words of the item, good photo's and a thorough description.

You can't. It's something eBay does. It serves no purpose and doesn't encourage others to buy. Often watchers are competitors.
