if someone bids on an item and still hasn't paid within 2 weeks, what do I do? Can I relist?

Someone bid on 2 of my items and within a week hadn't paid.  When I contact them, they said they were going to pay, but a week later, they still haven't.  What course of action do I take.  I want to relist the item.  Thanks.
