hello happy ebayer's...another curve ball...what do you do when you send items in a padded bag to the address with your name and address on the back and it "it get's lost in the post"?...keep in mind it is always a piece of jewellery!!!???...please tell me it is bad service on aust post because i am now wondering if i am being scammed as i always send a replacement and reg the mail inorder to know they will receive it...just can't work out why always jewellery???...does his happen to anyone else and what do you do???
