I am not sure this is the correct forum to air this concern but I feel I should air my concern with "Onix" Tablets. I purchased an Onix Model ATA9-014 Tablet from Aldi ( my mistake ). After 13 months it failed completely. My contact with the "After Sales Support" has been useless in that, I sent several emails without reply & when they did reply, there was very little interest in the product or the failure. I acknowledge the unit was out of warranty but they inferred that as it was 13months old I should not be surprised at the failure. I beleive that if your customers have problems with "Onix" products, they will be equally disappointed with the "Support" they receive.
