First time I'm actually using ebay support forum.
I've just taken over the responsibility for our ebay account and I've been looking through our feedback. I discovered under the negative feedback section one that stated "Thanks". this feedback dates back to mid-September last year(2011) so it's pretty old.,As far as I know , it's not allowed to leave positive feedback with a negative comment, or to complete a transaction just so a buyer can leave negative feedback, but what if the buyer leaves a negative feedback and writes a positive comment, like in this case?
Any ideas?
