i sold an item to a person who claims to be a buyer with some feedback over the past month...when i felt suspicious i checked if the buyer had purchased anything else and the feedback is a little odd...given the records show another ebay member purchased the items and the feedback was sent to buyer ***1...i sold a shirt to a member and had 11 messages becoming ruder each time...she had purchased the item after having watched it for a period of time...and from day 1 email me wanting a tracking number which was provided albeit 1 day later...she received the item and contacted me and demanded a refund and i hadn't responded to her last 4 messages (within 24 hours!)...there was something about the way she wrote struck a nasty feeling...i was not happy with the manner in which she communicated...however ignored it and when i received the last email i was tempted to be angry...so i wrote here a clear and precise message back and offered her a refund after i received the goods back in brand new condition and would then notify paypal and confirm the refund...during this time i had received a notification she had opened a case regarding a refund...i am not sure how to go about checking what i consider to be out of ebays rules...i suggested that i wouldn't leave bad feedback and after i received the item back and would prefer she didn't shop with me again...now how do i know this person just doesn't pull another id out of the box???
