A Member failed to make a style choice on a BIN item and all efforts to make contact before posting has failed. What to do?

I have tried several times to make contact with regard to her choice before posting the item. Should I just send one or rufund her purchase price.

You can phone your buyer. Someone may be able to supply you with the link for obtaining contact details. If you can't communicate with them at all refund their payment.
