because I did not reply to a message she sent asking me to cancel her bids due to change of mind, the message was sent on Friday afternoon, which I am told was ebay maintenance time, the auction ended only a few hours later, I have searched but can`t find a message from this buyer, Could someone please confirm that this may have been the problem, or has there been previous issues of messages not being received, as the buyer assumes I simply ignored her.
