A buyer made an offer at the end of an auction.  We were negotiating when the items were relisted.  We agreed on a price, but the buyer cannot go in to pay on the platform - what options do I have?

how were you negotiating?

Any offer in place at the end of the auction would have ended with the auction (if there was a buy-now price on the item).

The other member might have copped a suspension on their account if the negotiations were after the auction ended as the messages may have been picked up by eBay bots as an attempt to organise an "off eBay" sale.

Can they make an offer on the relisted item ?  If so you can accept that, then they should be able to pay for the item.
