A buyer who has emailed and wants to bid on my item but can't because of unpaid item strikes. She wants me to change this for her.How do I?

I have an item listed at the moment this buyer wants to bid on but is unable to do so because of unpaid item strikes. She has asked me to change this and I am not sure how or even if I should. Any help would be appreciated. The item ends shortly so maybe I will run out of time to do this.

You can do this via the site map page link at the bottom of each ebay page but before you do, stop and think.....

They have unpaid item strikeS. they are issued for a reason- you blocked such buyers for a reason..... do you really want to override the blocks in place for a proven NPB??  If it were me I would reply politely, saying "sorry, but have been burnt by non payers before and not prepared to risk it again.  When you get your account back into good standing, feel free to bid on my items then".
