If they are referring to trading off ebay then no , but you could change the listing price to match their offer and tell them to go and purchase it that way if your happy with the amount offered.

But if you think you may get more for the item if you let the auction run it's course then they can bid that way.

If it's a pick up item then paying cash on pick up is advised , keep in mind though that they could be messing you around.
