I made an account, set it all up and posted 1 item which went live and got an email verifying about it... Then 5 minutes later I get an email -

Please get in touch as soon as you can by going to the Help page below and selecting Contact us. We’ll just need to ask you a few questions to verify your account so you can get back up and running again. If we don’t hear from you within 7 days, your account may be at risk of being suspended.
I spent awhile searching, I even tried to deposit $2 with one-time payment but I get an error...
Did you go to Help (on any page) and scroll down to Contact Us?
About options - they cannot list every possible reason why a member might have to contact them, so just choose the option that you think is the most appropriate for your case. And they are only reachable during normal working hours (not late at night like when you posted), but the weekend is OK too, although in my experience it is better to contact them during the week, as supervisors are often unavailable on weekends.
