I had a item listed as shipping to the U.S. only. It had a winning bid and all was great. I went to print the shipping label, and found out it goes to Puerto Rico, which is technically part of the U.S., but the shipping cost was $12 more than for the continental U.S., and so more tan I had on my listing. I messaged the buyer and they said they will gladly pay the additional cost for shipping and that I could charge them for it sending a request through 'pay for additional shipping charge'. I can't figure out how to do that! Can anyone help me out?
