Am I permitted to display a non payer's 'user name' in my eBay ads?

Winning bidder on my sale of car. Eight (8) bids out of twenty (20), PLUS three (3) more bids after his/her winning bid! No contact at all after auction end and ignored all my attempts at contact.

No you can not put another members name in your listings.

Open a nonpayer dispute 4 days after time and date of sale then 4 days later close it to give them a strike and get your fees back.

Then put in place the blocks to stop non payers that have been issued strikes.

To put these blocks in place hover your mouse over account in your my ebay page and from the drop down click on Site Preferences then go down the list till you see Buyer requirements and to the right of that click on show then click on edit. From there you can put in place the blocks you want, to stop those you want to block from purchasing from you.
