Are automatic re-listings covered by promotion if relisted on a promotion day?

If I list on an Ebay promotion day (free or discounted final value fees) & the item is automatically re-listed, is it covered by any promotion offered on the new day of re-listing? Or do I have to re-list it as a totally new listing to be included in that day's promotion?

No, an automatic relist isn't covered by any promotions available at the time it relists.
