Are there any restrictions or laws preventing the Queens signature?

I have a letter from Queen Elizabeth 2nd from 1962, that accompanied a British Empire Medal.  Are there any restrictions that would prevent me from selling the medal along with the letter?  And does anyone have any idea what I should price it at? Thanks

If I were you I'd contact a reputable Dealer and check .

But normally you'd think that the letter would substantiate the Medal so the two go together .

Your not selling the 'signature' , just the accompanying letter  .
