I requested a refund on a camera in november/2025 (4months ago now). I did not use the formal ebay return action. I spoke to the seller and was provided a postage label by them. I sent the item back, and realising I hadn't heard from the seller/been provided the refund after some time, I contacted the seller. They didn't have the item, it appears to have been delivered to the wrong address. They have since stopped returning messages.
Can I get any support from this? Who is responsible? I have proof of messages via the ebay message function.
Thanks in advance
Had you used the ' formal eBay return action ' you would not have this problem this far down the track.
You are responsible.
You are way out of time for eBay support.
If you'd followed the correct procedures, as dom said, you wouldn't have this problem.
