Attempting to update a listing

and being told "Email address cannot be used for PayPal payments at this time". This appears to be an eBay problem as nothing has changed regarding my PayPal account that was working fine a few days ago.

Once a purchase has been made a PayPal email addy cannot be changed.

Also very little can be changed on a listing with bids.

If it is something else it could be a temp glitch and suggest trying tomorrow.
