Buyer bidded on item and won! Its been 10 day and has not paid i have an open case still and sent email no reply what do i do now?

Just wondering what to do! This person place a bid on my item! Its been 10 days 2 invoices have been sent a case has already been opend on the 27th and email sent no response from this buyer! What do i do how long do i wait? Do i report?
