A buyer has contacted me(4 days after placing the order) and asked to cancel it as she no longer wants it.
I agreed and let her know I would send a mutual cancellation request and once she agrees to it the order will be cancelled.
I sent her the cancellation request and then buyer has denied it.
I sent a message asking whether she wanted it or not and she told me she hit the wrong button and still wants to cancel it.
There is no longer a link to open a cancellation or even an unpaid dispute and am sick of losing out on fees because people dont bother to pay attention to what they are doing or just dont bother to read what is in front of them.
Is there any way this order can still be cancelled so I get my fvf back??
