Buyer did not go through proper paypal how to add to click and send?

Hi,

I've had a buyer pay through Paypal, but just by using my email address, rather than following the links from Ebay.

I'm trying to use Click and Send but the item does not show in the 'add items' section. I tried adding all of their postage info manually but it keeps deleting it and saying I have to add from Ebay.

Does this mean I have to refund them via Ebay and then have the repay through the correct channels?
