I sold an item on ebay, posted it in a prepaid satchel (tracking no cover) and it has gone missing. I have contacted Australia Post and received absolutely no help at all. I refunded the buyers paypal payment, but how do I get my ebay fees ammended? The cancel order feature has 2 options, none of which match my problem?
