Buyer gave negative feed back saying"item part number is different" and not answering to any question.How to get rid of this feed back abuse

WE have sold the item "Alstom MiCOM C264 Schneider Electric Modular Substation Computers (#261044822871)"but buyer saying item no C264 Is different,which is not true.Till then we are willing to get back the item for full cash back.But buyer is not making any respond and report to ebay was made,till more then 15 days no answer,Now what we can do to get feedback revision.
