Buyer has not paid for their item or picked it up after 7 days. I have opened a case in the resolution centre. What do I do next?

I am also a new seller. Can this buyer give me negative feedback if I give her negative feedback for not going through with the sale?

You wait 4 days & the Resolution Centre page will show a message like buyer hasn't paid case can be closed now (that's not the exact words but close enough lol)

DON'T leave any feedback-sellers have not been able to leave negatives for almost 5 years.If you leave a positive with a negative comment,the buyer can ask ebay to remove & you'll cop a policy violation but the non payer will keep the green dot.

If the non payer leaves a negative for you,simply call ebay & they will remove it.
