Buyer has not updated her address on ebay/paypal and asked me to send to another address. I asked her to update it and she said she has so I just sent to the address listed on ebay/paypal. Now she is asking for a refund or resend because I didn't send to the address she requested. The problem is the item is not registered and has no tracking. Can she open a case against me and win even though its her fault for not updating her details?
