A buyer who is notorious (I have since found out from looking at their feedback) for not picking things up, paying or communicating with seller, has paid $2 for an item by paypal and has failed to pick up the item by the stated date. For such a paltry price, can I just say the item was sent so that the item is closed?
Secondly, as previously mentioned, other sellers have had problems with this buyer and have only been able to communicate their frustrations by leaving negaitve 'positive' feedback. is there another way to stop this person from continuing what they do? I have sent an email to ebay but get no reply.
