Buyer has paid by bank deposit but checkout complete has not lit up?

Hi

A buyer marked payment as sent but the trolley icon was not lit up.

I sent a message asking what method of payment was used as I had no record of a Paypal or bank deposit having been made. It was a bank deposit and since been cleared in my account but the checkout complete is still unlit.

I am about to post the item but wondering if this will cause a problem with eBay?
