Buyer has requested a cancellation for one item after buying 7 items and I think because its all on one invoice it wants to cancel the whole order which is not what we want. Can someone tell me how the buyer can retract the cancellation order or what has to be done in order to just cancel one item not the whole lot. Thankyou
Can you not cancel the item they don’t want, and send them a new invoice?
