Buyer is falsely claiming my listing was misleading and demands refund

Item is a generic hemming foot (sewing machine attachment) and after receiving and realising that it doesn't fit her Pfaff Tiptronic (it only takes a special TM foot particular to a small number of Pfaff models).

It is only a relatively low value item, but this is now a point of pride--I have said she may have a refund if she returns the foot, but the following is a quote from her:

"I have asked for a refund as your listing was misleading, not because I bought the wrong thing.
I do not want to incur the significant cost of return postage. If you will not send me a refund I must reflect my experience in my feedback."
