A buyer won an auction I had a couple of days ago and paid via paypal straightaway. They included a note with their payment requesting that I drop off the item to them.
My listing clearly states that the auction is pick up only an there is no way that I could drop the item off to them
I contacted the buyer and advised that I am not able to drop off the item and they will need to pick it up. I heard nothing so I sent another message and still no response.
What should I do now?
