Buyer thought "PAYMATE", payment option an error!!

Just would like to share a recent experience I had with a buyer.

I have lodged an unpaid item dispute with ebay.

18 Oct 13.14 - item sold. Invoice sent (item was $0.50 + postage $7.20 – Aust Post satchel with tracking), clearly giving payment instructions. Payment information was also on the listing.

19 Oct 20.34 – received an email from buyer “am unable to pay for this item due to you not taking PayPal. I only have Internet on my phone at the moment. Please tell me how I can pay you another way. ebay won't allow any other way on my phone”.

20 Oct 08.25 – sent the buyer an email: “I do not accept PayPal anymore as I have had problems. I only accept paymate, (an e-bay approved payment method), & direct deposit.
23 Oct 07.51 – sent the buyer an email “please let me know whether you still want this item. On my listing I stated very clearly my accepted payment methods.
24 Oct 21.10 – received an email “sorry I didn't read it, I am only on a phone, I would rather not purchase this item, sorry but I thought paymate was an error.

Any comments??
