I sold an item and the buyer thought that she would just call around and collect it, but did not ask me if this was OK. I did not offer pick up and am away on holidays for a few weeks. I have the item with me to post, but the buyer does not want to pay postage so wants to cancel the transaction. I am happy for the transaction to be cancelled but do not know if I should instigate the cancellation or her - or doesn't it matter?
