Buyer will not pay calculated postage

Hello all,

I have just sold a kiln with calculated shipping, the cost was calculated on the listing by the bidder typing his postcode into the supplied box.

The problem is the buyer wanted to email me a pack and send label to stick on the parcel  and for me to remove postage from the invoice, I refused.

He now wants me to allow a courier to collect from my address, at this time it is not convenient.

It would seem that pack and send is cheaper than calculated shipping, but he placed his bid with calculated shipping knowing how much it was going to cost him.

What should I do now? Cancel the sale? any advice would be greatly appreciated.
