What can I do when a buyer won't return my item after refunding all the money including P&H. Simply keeps BS me that he/she sent it, but I know that I have been scammed. What are my options here ? I know, I shouldn't have given the refund until getting the item back, but the buyer seemed to have been too pushy, and I though I'd be a "nice guy" (what an idiot am I) :o(
