I sell longbows and because these are too long for Australia Post to handle I have to use a courier service to despatch them. However, courier services insist upon having the buyer's email address and phone number as well as residential address to process the despatch. The problem is that Ebay blocks and forbids the transmission of email addresses between seller and buyer. How do I get around this problem?
