i SOLD A (NEW) JACKET TO A CUSTOMER, RECEIVED A GOOD PRICE, SO I PAID EXTRA POSTAGE OUT OF MY OWN POCKET AS THE CUSTOMER WANTED THE JACKET QUICKLY, I HAD ALREADY EMAILED HER MEASUREMENTS ON THE JACKET, SHE CONTACTED ME AFTER RECEIVING THE JACKET ACKNOWLEDGING HER MISTAKE BUT SAID IT DIDNT FIT, AS A SIGN OF GOOD WILL I OFFERED A REFUND, SHE IS SENDING THE JACKET BACK. MY QUESTION IS AS I PAID EXTRA POSTAGE MYSELF CAN I DEDUCT THE POSTAGE COSTS FROM THE REFUND AND IF SO HOW?
