Can CZ stones change colour during shipping ie X rayed.

Hi, sold a gold anklet that I listed. Photos taken with my phone. Said it was 10kt Italian gold with pink heart shape CZ. 5 days after receipt buyer is telling me I lied about listing. Says stones are not pink. I know what I owned, photographed and sent and the CZ were pink. He's been nasty so I refunded him anyway. I know he won't return it as I figure he's a scammer. Happy days. Anyhow, can CZ s change colour, I'm figuring the parcel got X rayed a few times in transit? 

For the record, a photo from my listing. Would you say that the stone colour is pink and the shape "heart"? Or am I colour blind and crazy (maybe crazy but I reckon I can tell pink from say green or red or black or blue or clear or orange etc etc)
