My buyer didn't respond me or pay me until I was about to close the unpaid case. I thought the buyer was not going to pay me for sure, so I second chance offered the item for the next bidder. So by the time the buyer paid me, I no longer have the item. But because when the payment was made it automatically closed the case. Now I want to cancel the transaction and refund the money, but can't raise another case against this item because it says a case is already closed? What should I do?
