Can I cancel a transaction.

I discovered my error too late to revise it but added to the description that I had made an error.  Each bidder was advised before the end of the auction but the buyer was a last minute bid.   I contacted him/her immediately but no response (Sunday) so yesterday I tried to contact him again - in the meantime he paid - but again no response.   I had hopes for acknowledgement this morning but no such luck.

 

I have offered to see if I can cancel - Can I?
